A three-hour express ideation workshop, with four or five participants, to go from a design problem to a high-fidelity solution path within the same half-day.
The support is a FigJam board prepared in advance. The sequence below gives the duration of each step; it is deliberately tight, so that the group converges instead of exploring endlessly.
Participants: four to five people recommended. Duration: three hours.

The outcome of the workshop is a page of principles and interaction rules, not a finished mockup. High fidelity comes afterwards, done by the designers, from that page.
